Mr. Dettman is our school’s robotics and engineering teacher. He began his teaching career at LHP in 1995 by teaching 3rd and 4th grade. He switched to teaching robotics in the Upper School in 2012 as our school’s first robotics teacher. He started the FTC robotics team (formerly known as Lyft) in 2014. We wouldn’t be where we are today without his guidance!
Our MentorS
This season we are joined by an FTC Alumnus! Because he was on the FTC team Wired Cats, he has experience with higher levels of competition such as the World Championship in Houston. We value the time and energy he puts into the teams and we know his knowledge of FIRST will help us succeed.
